1. Black Swan K-L Studio provides free delivery. We deliver artwork within shortest possible time using TNT.  We use only the best express delivery company TNT.
2. We provide a possibility to refund your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within two days only from the date you received the artwork.
3. Black Swan K-L Studio shall refund the money but should receive the work in its original condition i.e. undamaged and you shall pay full cost of sending the purchase good back to us.
4. You may also exchange your purchase good with any other artwork, we will happy to help you to choose our best product.
5. We are sure you are fully satisfy with your purchase and will not use this service.
6. You will get original certificate for every painting you buy, a document that prove its authenticity.
